Jill Katz

Ms. Katz has been involved in over $3 billion of real estate transactions including the financing, acquisition and asset management of commercial real estate since 1984. She has experience with all core real estate types, as well as hotels, and some educational facilities, with a particular emphasis on ground leased properties and urban redevelopment.

Prior to her association with Koza Partners, Ms. Katz provided research and advisory services to advisors and operators through her association with Bard Consulting. Ms. Katz was instrumental in development and financing of the $200 million, 80-acre site Nut Tree redevelopment in Vacaville, California. She was previously associated with Catellus Development Corporation (NYSE), The Shidler Group and BA Mortgage & International Realty Corporation.

Ms. Katz is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley; Berkeley, California and received an MBA in Real Estate from Columbia University, New York, NY.

Professional Designations
Ms. Katz is a Registered Representative with Koza Partners, Inc., an FINRA Broker/Dealer. Ms. Katz holds a State of California Real Estate Broker's License.
During her career, Ms. Katz has been a member of the Mortgage Banker's Association of America, Commercial Real Estate Women, the Urban Land Institute and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).
Professional Affiliations
Ms. Katz has served as an advisor to Envision Schools, a charter school organization funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
